***PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE.  By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our terms, conditions and policies and that you are ready for the responsibility of raising and training a puppy.***  

Our puppies are sold on an AKC Limited Registration  for $2,000, and are not sold for the purpose of breeding.  This is to protect the integrity of our genetics and to ensure our puppies are not subsequently bred to dogs that should not be bred.  Breeding should only be done by professionals, for the purpose of improving the breed.

Full registration is considered for Service Dog Schools, professional breeders and buyers who are active in the conformation show ring (different pricing, contract and guarantee apply).

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. Once we’ve received you deposit, your name will be put on our waiting list.  

Your deposit will reserve a puppy that meets your unique needs and preferences.  In most cases, that puppy will be available from the next litter, but depending on the size and mix of the litter, that may not be the case. We will not sell you a puppy that is not appropriate for your lifestyle or goals.

**PUPPY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.    

In the event you place a deposit on a litter that does not produce enough puppies of the right color or gender to fill your order, your deposit will be transferred to the next litter with available puppies.  If the timing of the next litter is not good for you, your deposit will remain on the books for a future litter.

**Raising a puppy is a big decision and a big commitment.  If you are not ready for a puppy, or cannot wait for the right puppy, do not reserve one.

 

Please review our Guarantee & Purchase Contract at: http://brookslabradors.com/our-guarantee prior to putting down a deposit.  Only certain conditions can be prevented by selective breeding with the use of genetic testing.  Furthermore, the environment, nutrition and care provided to the puppy by his new owner have an enormous impact on the health of a puppy.  Consequently, no guarantee is made for any condition other than what is specifically listed in our Guarantee.

We cannot overstate the importance of training your puppy to be a good citizen.  Outstanding genetics are not a substitute for obedience training.  However you do it, if you are not absolutely committed to training your puppy (basic obedience and setting boundaries for behavior), we will not sell you one of our puppies.  For both your sake and the dog’s sake, we make no exceptions.

As an added value, our Early Puppy Obedience Program is a 3 week board & train program that begins at the age of 8 weeks, when puppies are otherwise ready to go home.  The program includes crate training/early housebreaking, socialization, and  basic obedience.  This is a very hands-on program that takes advantage of the special learning window from age 8 weeks – 12 weeks of age, where puppies learn faster and more efficiently than at any other time of their lives.

The Early Puppy Obedience program is $2,800 for 3 weeks, and is on a space available basis.  Because it’s so labor intensive, we have only a few spots available per litter.   We require a 50% deposit to reserve a spot, and the balance of your training package and  your puppy purchase when your puppy is 8 weeks old and training begins.
